We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Process

When you make a booking through our website or directly with our team, you agree to provide accurate and complete information for all travelers included in the booking. You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and be at least 18 years of age.

3.2 Booking Confirmation

A contract between you and Equitable View is formed when we issue a booking confirmation after receiving your deposit or full payment. The booking confirmation will specify the services included in your package.

3.3 Payment Terms

Payment terms vary depending on the type of service booked, the time of booking, and the specific requirements of our suppliers:

• For most bookings, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total price is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 60 days before the departure date.
• For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
• For certain promotions, special offers, or last-minute bookings, different payment terms may apply, which will be specified at the time of booking.

3.4 Prices and Price Changes

All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise specified. Prices may change at any time before we have accepted your booking. After booking confirmation, we reserve the right to increase prices due to factors beyond our control, such as:

• Changes in transportation costs, including fuel costs
• Changes in taxes, fees, or surcharges imposed by third parties
• Significant changes in exchange rates

If the price increase exceeds 10% of your total booking value, you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund of all monies paid.

3.5 Fees and Taxes

Prices may not include all applicable fees, taxes, and surcharges, which will be specified during the booking process. You are responsible for paying all applicable fees, taxes, and surcharges associated with your booking.

4. Changes and Cancellations

4.1 Changes by You

If you wish to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible. If changes are possible, they may be subject to additional charges.

4.2 Cancellations by You

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation fees will apply as follows:

• More than 60 days before departure: Loss of deposit
• 60-45 days before departure: 50% of total booking price
• 44-30 days before departure: 75% of total booking price
• Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total booking price

Certain bookings, including special promotions, some airfares, and custom itineraries, may have different cancellation terms, which will be specified at the time of booking.

4.3 Changes by Us

We reserve the right to make changes to your booking if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control or to improve your travel experience. If we make a significant change to your booking, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible. Significant changes include:

• Change of departure time by more than 12 hours
• Change of accommodation to a lower standard
• Change of departure or destination airport

In case of a significant change, you may choose to:

• Accept the changes
• Accept an alternative travel arrangement of comparable standard, if available
• Cancel your booking and receive a full refund of all monies paid

4.4 Cancellations by Us

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel your booking. We reserve the right to cancel your booking in any circumstances, including:

• If we do not receive your final payment by the due date
• If we are forced to do so due to force majeure or circumstances beyond our control
• If minimum participant numbers for a group tour are not met

If we cancel your booking for reasons other than your failure to make payment, we will offer you:

• An alternative travel arrangement of comparable standard, if available
• A full refund of all monies paid

Except where cancellation is due to force majeure, we will also offer appropriate compensation for any verifiable, direct expenses that you have incurred as a result of the cancellation.

5. Travel Requirements and Responsibilities

5.1 Travel Documentation

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary travel documentation, including:

• Valid passport (with at least six months validity beyond your return date)
• Visas for all countries you will visit or transit through
• Travel insurance documentation
• Any required vaccinations or health certificates

We are not liable if you are refused entry to a country due to your failure to carry the correct documentation.

5.2 Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers. Your insurance should cover at minimum:

• Medical expenses and emergency repatriation
• Trip cancellation and interruption
• Baggage loss or delay
• Personal liability

We reserve the right to request proof of adequate insurance coverage before departure.

5.3 Health and Fitness

You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically and mentally fit for travel. If you have any medical conditions, disabilities, or mobility limitations that may affect your travel experience, you must inform us at the time of booking so that we can advise on the suitability of your chosen arrangements and make reasonable efforts to accommodate your needs.

5.4 Behavior

You agree to behave responsibly and with respect toward other travelers, service providers, and local communities. We reserve the right to terminate your participation in a tour immediately if your behavior is deemed to be disruptive, dangerous, or offensive. In such cases, you will be responsible for arranging your own return transportation at your own expense, and no refund will be provided for unused services.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Service Providers

Equitable View acts as an agent for independent service providers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, tour operators, transportation companies, and local excursion providers. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these third-party providers, their employees, agents, or representatives.

6.2 Force Majeure

We are not liable for any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or direct or consequential loss, however caused, unless due to our employees' negligence. We are not responsible for force majeure events including, but not limited to:

• Acts of God, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions
• War, civil unrest, terrorism, or threat of such activities
• Riots, strikes, industrial action
• Epidemics, pandemics, or health risks
• Technical problems with transportation
• Governmental actions or restrictions

6.3 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss, damage, or injury that you may suffer, arising directly or indirectly from your booking or participation in a tour, is limited to the total amount you paid for your booking.

6.4 Personal Belongings

You are responsible for your personal belongings at all times. We recommend that you take out appropriate insurance to cover the loss, damage, or theft of your personal belongings during your travels.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Website Content

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Equitable View or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

7.2 Trademarks

Equitable View and other marks, graphics, logos, and service names used on our website are trademarks of Equitable View. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written consent.

7.3 License and Site Access

We grant you a limited license to access and make personal use of our website. This license does not include:

• Any resale or commercial use of our website or its contents
• Any collection and use of product listings, descriptions, or prices
• Any derivative use of our website or its contents
• Any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant
• Any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools

8. User Content

8.1 Submission of Content

You may submit reviews, comments, photographs, or other content to our website. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

• Infringe any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights

8.3 Right to Remove Content

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Equitable View, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, and representatives from any and all third-party claims, losses, liability, damages, and/or costs (including reasonable attorney fees and costs) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that content submitted by you caused damage to a third party

This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of our website.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10.2 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim against Equitable View, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. We'll try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days of submission, you or Equitable View may bring a formal proceeding.

10.3 Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our website or services shall be finally settled by binding arbitration administered by the London Court of International Arbitration under its rules. The arbitration shall take place in London, United Kingdom, and shall be conducted in the English language.

10.4 Limitation on Time to File Claims

Any cause of action or claim you may have arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our website or services must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues, otherwise, such cause of action or claim is permanently barred.
